Book your classes
Bookings are essential.
Once you have purchased your membership, you can book classes via our online timetable or download our free app for schedule management. Bookings can be made and cancelled via the app or online timetable. Bookings and cancellations are not accepted via phone, email or social media. Please fill out our health waiver BEFORE your first class.
Come to class
Class will open 15 minutes early. We will show you the studio if you are new, make sure you have a mat, towel and water (you can bring your own or these are available to hire and buy at the studio) and you can meet your teacher and let them know if you have any injuries or health issues that will affect your practice. Wear clothes you can move and sweat in.
Enjoy your experience
Whether you are new to class, or a seasoned participant, you are entering new space. Have a beginner’s mindset. Listen intently to your teacher and follow their instructions.
Enjoy the space
We have beautifully designed intimate space. Leave your shoes (and egos!) at the front door. We also have a complimentary bathroom and shower. Please be mindful of the environment and limit your time in the shower. Relax before and after class in our reception or outdoor area. Make yourself comfortable!
Our classes are heated to a comfortable 26-30 degrees, so that you leave your practice feeling energised, rejuvenated and cleansed. This temperature is lower than you’ll find at most hot yoga or bikram studios, so that we can invite movement and make Bala welcoming for yogis of all levels.
