Fundamentals (Beginners Yoga) is an 8 week Yoga course designed for beginners, Starting Thursday 6th February 2020. During the gentle Yoga practices, you will spend time learning the physical postures and how to safely develop your individual yoga practice. This Yoga course is designed to build your confidence, familiarity and strength all of which you can take to a regular yoga practice when you are ready. Pre and post natal welcome.

This is a 60-minute class with a variety of styles cultivating a fun and friendly environment with all the benefits of yoga and the added opportunity to “wine” down, building friendships and community.
