Fundamentals (Beginners Yoga) is an 8 week Yoga course designed for beginners, Starting Wednesday 20th January 2021. During the gentle Yoga practices, you will spend time learning the physical postures and how to safely develop your individual yoga practice. This Yoga course is designed to build your confidence, familiarity and strength all of which you can take to a regular yoga practice when you are ready. Pre and post natal welcome.
