To register for a Scullin class, all you need to do is:

Slow Flow Yoga – Practice strength and stability with a focus on deep core strengthening, followed by a guided relaxation.
Power Flow Yoga – Practice a dynamic flow sequence aimed at improving fitness, strength, flexibility and mindset.
Restorative Yoga – A practice of passive healing.
Pilates – Builds strong bodies with improved physique, confidence and can assist in reducing back pain.
Functional HIIT – High-intensity interval training. This class will look after your heart, muscles and bones!
Barre – An infusion of dance, Pilates, strength, stability and relaxation.
